Our eggs, cheese, and dairy comes from local, organic, and humane sources whenever possible.

We source sustainably harvested fish and seafood.
All of our wines are produced and grown in America. This reduces shipment and supports many local vintners.
We source fair-trade chocolate, vanilla bean, and cinnamon for our house-made specialty desserts.
Locally roasted coffee is 100% Fair Trade certified USDA beans.

Recycle fryer oil waste that is resold as renewable biodiesel.

Natural cleaners and soaps.
Recycle all glass, plastic, metal, cardboard, and paper.
Recycle oyster shells to repopulate the Chesapeake Bay and reef.
